We, Dr Gerhard Gellermann and Dieter Tiemann are “wine crazy” for German wines in a positive sense.

In 1999 we got to know a star chef and were able to get our first impressions of German wines. In a very impressive way, he showed us what extraordinary wine qualities German winegrowers like Knipser, Christmann and Rebholz were able to bring into the glass at the time. When we got to know the winemakers behind them, our passion and enthusiasm for German wines kindled.

In the following years we were able to experience experienced winemakers in all German wine-growing regions through numerous wine trips, but also get to know young up-and-coming winemakers again and again. We were able to experience fantastic wines and impressive personalities and some lasting and long-term acquaintances and friendships developed.

So in 2020 the time had come to implement the long-standing idea of a small fine society for exclusive wines. The idea here is to give special wines – especially red wines – time to mature after purchase. If you are interested, these can be purchased from us in very limited quantities. Other presentation options, e.g. in gastronomy or special events, are also possible.
